Ohio is one of four monopolistic workers' comp states. Cover must run through the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation (BWC), not a PEO's private master policy. Ask each provider exactly how they administer BWC filings and rates on your behalf.

Do PEOs save Ohio employers money on workers' comp?
